lonestar axle stock nut wont fit it

i just got a lonestar axle +2 when installed the 1 axle nut fits tight but the outside 1 with the 2 allen head screws wont fit theres just a bit of thread for it to catch thats it i also have a galfer wave rotor and lsr billet hub any body have this problem or cure for this thanks

I have the same axle and the two lock nuts works for me.
I still have the stock brake hub. So that maybe your problem.
