Powdercoat or what?

what is the best for a frame, powdercoat or paint, i have heard good and bad from both sides, my sisters boy friend paints cars and he could paint it and my uncle powdercoats.

there is nothing like a good p/c job. lasts longer, doesnt scuff as bad

i think that powder coating looks 1000x better then paint and it will most likely last longer. the only thing is it will cost more

Powdercoat is much more durable, BUT is so flexable that it has been known to hide frame cracks underneath, with no sign of them in the powdercoat. Still, I'd powdercoat, unless I was riding so hard I was worried about frame cracks--and that means you are inspecting your frame regularly.
