The e-series is a very good pipe but, I jsut sold mine because I did not like messing with the discs. Which ever pipe I get now is going to be the place my motor get done or atleast where I get the parts.

Come on I guys I know the rest of you have some opinions. I know this question has been done to death but I could use some info.

you guys think the x-6 is best even on a stock motor? I thought sparks recomended the x-4. I'm curious because i dont know if im going to bore myne yet but it is being seriously considered and if the x-6 will work well on my stock motor then it would save me a lot of money later if i decided to bore later. Also i'm woundering how well that Ignition Advance Key works? Does it make a noticeable difference or not much at all?

Sparks web site says the X-6 is just as good on a stock motor as the X-4 but they want a ton more money for everything they have. I have the advance key and I would say it works but I also added other things at the same time so I don't know. You know all the engine biulders LRD, Trinity, Hetrick claim theres make the most wo why is sparks worth more than 100 bones more that is my question. I have money I just want to make the right choice the first time.

Keep em coming

You won't go wrong with any of those. If you plan on doing serious Motor Mods, go with Sparks, TC, Trinity, or Duncan.

Nausty,

what else is done to you motor to go with the X-6? If your motor is stock what kind of power did you get?

I have a hard time with spending that much for the X-6 when I can get the Hetricks for just over 400 and the Stage IV for 395. I jsut don't think it makes a 150 bucks more worth the power. So please let me hear some more.

I don't think you will notice $150 worth of Power either. LRD has a very nice Pipe, but it seems that some of their other Motor Work is a bit expensive. Trinity seems to be priced well, and have a good turn around. If you are going for future Motor Mods, Trinity sounds the best to me, for price and time.

WarriorMan,
That is what I was thinking but I was also looking at Hetrick, which seems to be a good company with good reports on their pipes. The Trinity also has a hush kit which would be nice when I go home to Oregon and Oldnumberseven talks real good about it. Thanks for info and keep it coming.

Yeah Oldnumber7 has the Trinity pipe and 465. Hetrick's is also a very good company you could go with, and their prices and time are also very low. I know they could build you a mean 416 or 425.
