Yep, I made the bumper too.
I'm dreaming up a billit handlebar clamp as we speak.

HOW'S IT ATTACH TO THE FRAME?

4 small screws, the lower screws go in the vertical frame tubes, the uppers go in the gussets that connect the cross tube with the vertical tubes.

so u have to drill into the frame... i'd think of a bracket to go around the frame and u'll sale alot more... i'd never drill my frame

I AGREE! EVEN A CLAMPING SYSTEM OF SOME SORT WOULD BE SWEET!:)
