4:1 wheel offset...need a quick answer!!!

Does anybody know if the ITP GP wheels come in a true 4:1 wheel offset or are they 3.5/1.5...
i think somewhere i heard tht hiper is the only wheel tht is not a true 4:1....
i need an answer quick cuz i will being buyin them in a couple days....

But some Douglas wheels ITP wheels suck and Douglas has a true 4/1 offset.
