Is Klotz Nitro good to use? Will it damage any internal engine parts or carb?

What's the reasoning for wanting to use it? More power I assume? I think your money would be spent best elsewhere. JMO.

I'd put this under the category of: If you have to ask then it's not for you.

Klotz Nitro is an oxygen adder in the form of nitropropane. Oxy adders can be used effectively to increase HP. So it's not just a smoke and mirrors product. But it's not something I would use casually. In other words, don't just dump some in your tank and expect your bike to be faster. You WILL have to rejet the carburetor (richer) or you could damage the engine. I'm not sure about how it effects plastic and rubber parts.

Adding the 4 oz per gallon recommended by Klotz isn't likely to do much for HP, I don't think. Their product is 50% nitropropane. To even get a 5% mixture of nitropropane in your fuel tank you'd need to use around the entire 16oz Klotz can per gallon. And if you did that you'd really need to be sure you knew what you where doing with the jetting. The extra power mostly comes from the engines ability to burn more fuel per volume of air when the fuel itself has oxygen in it. It's all in the jetting.

I'm with 400exrider707, spend your money elsewhere (unless you understand how a product like this works and are comfortable making drastic jetting changes).

Same opinion here. Don't do it.
