200+shipping powdercoating would be 30-50 bucks. I can have it sandblasted to save you money.
200 is firm, I wont go any lower. No carrier , the needle bearings in the front are there and are usable. There is NOTHING wrong with this swinger, I just switched setups. There is a bolt broke off in one of the skidplate holes, I never tried to get it out but im sure it could be drilled out and retapped.
