Just bought a Lonestar chassis for a 04 450R and was wondering about fitment of the radiater lourves or roost gaurds. There is no tabs to fit the centre section ,so would a 06 gard fit around the oil cooler ? If not does any body reecommend something.

Did you buy it used? cause i thought when they built these to order they built them to your spec, so i am assuming that it was built for a hybrid if it doesn't have the tabs.

It cost $2330 and the weight is very similar to stock chassis . This has crf ignition fitment so the front end under cowling is empty of all the tabs needed for stock ignition.

LSR frames do not have the mounts for the little roost gaurds. We didnt even use them on my buddies, no worries.

dont need them.......if you want something there than make your own or tig weld some alluminum ones on. i like the race frame i just didnt feel like buying it cause its expensive and the only difference is the gusset kit already installed and the crf wiring harness option, oh yeah and the pro peg or stock footpeg mounts. it is actually a couple pounds lighter but not much. but it is a nice frame with some better angles. best of luck with it.

Does the radiator not suffer due to rocks and stones.Tracks in England tend to be very stoney and did not want to damage it.

you can always tig weld the alluminum radiator gaurds onto the frame. or drill out some holes and rig your own little gaurd...
