It is the standard frame, that has been modified to fit the engine. The person that did the mods has done a awesome job on the frame, made brackets for cdi, coil, battery, everything has a place and looks like a factory fit. Engine sits in the frame giving it a 50/50 balance, many hours were spent to get this right, we measured a trx450, ltr450, working out there ratios between front and back. Wiring has its own clips in the chasis, custom exhaust matched up to a LRD exhaust that i got off Russell Mcworter at the Supermoto in Vegas. Custom intake. We are in the process of doing a story on this quad comparing it to a modified trx250 with all the same gear from Lonestar just a 350 2 stroke motor, I will post story when completed.

I just sold the TRX 450 and just have this one at the moment. Havent put photos on our website, cause its in the next magazine, so waiting untl then. Did you see the Stadium race on Fox 1, was some good footage !!

I got them off a ATV parts supplier here in Australia, called HARDIMAN ATV, he has hooked me up with all the right stuff.

LOL.....i was waiting for someone to pick up on that. I was waiting on some seals from Honda to put new seals through the master cyclinder. All sorted now with braided lines.

That is definetly well done.
What year 525 motor is it? and what is the battery for if it is a kick start?

The motor came out of a 03 ktm which has electric start aswell

I am building the same bike but we have done some different things to keep the motor centered in the frame. It looks like they did a great job on yours. I sure wish I vould get an intake like that! Did they fab that up fo you? I am torn on where to pu the battery... I think we may put it just under the radiator, but we are still working on it. That and the intake is all we have left and then it is mock up time. At that point I will post some pictures.

The intake was made by Rob aswell from CRB. The battery used on mine is the STD KTM battery and bracket just a new mount made, its only a small battery, but it turns over fine. Post some pics when you can.

Ohh....and you wont regret it, its just got amazing amount of torque, its will wheelspin out of a corner on the back wheels and still be pulling your arms out of your sockets, and click it up a gear and its the same, it is very forgiving if your not in the right gear !!
