I just got a set and I'm going to the dunes this week.

I called fox and asked them for a good starting point
they said 40lbs in the main and 140lbs in the evol.

Does this sound good for the dunes with a 200lb rider.

they are on a 06 with leager arms.

i dont have experience with adjusting the shocks but from what ive seen and heard they are super easy to adjust so you can start about anywhere and make your adjustments with those pumps

thats sounds about right for the dunes cause i have them on both my race bikes and they are set at 50 and 170 but i am also doing motocross not dune riding. not sure havent done alot of dunes riding but you might want to raise the main to about a 50 or even 55 to get your front end in the air a bit more. i hope this helped you a bit have fun at the dunes.
