250r motor mounts

I need to have an 86 250r frame gusseted and powder coated. Can you also weld in some 88/89 style rear motor mounts?

i can, however i would think that it would be cheaper to buy a 88/89 frame and sell off your 86/87

Yea, that's what I thought. I've been looking at frames, but by the time I pay shipping it kills the deal and makes it more expensive then it's worth. Can you give me a rough idea of what it would cost?
