splitting the case

I havent got a chance to buy a repair manual since all the motorcycle shops are closed on mondays. But anyway how hard is its to split the case on a banshee? I need to change the crank and i havent even had a chance to look at it yet since its at a friends house and hes not home.

If you have no repair manual and haven't done it before I suggest not doing it. Just spend the money to have a shop put the crank in for you

w/o a manual you shouldnt split the case.....with a manual if you aint experienced dont split the case. you will just be asking to turn a couple hundred dollar project into a couple thousand when you screw the tranny by puttin a spring on the wrong side.
