I am going to get a 500 kit this winter but I would like to know how your experience with it is and how much you had to pay out for it? I have had a motor done by Trinity before and now looking at 4-stroke tech's 500 kit. I guess the main question is how much and where did you get your's from?

I paid TC a little over 3K to do mine! i would recommend either TC or Sparks if you want to be one of tha fastest out there but plan to wait a while to get the motor back!!

Thanks for the reply man; I might just try to hold off because of the wait. I called 4 Stoke tech and the wait was around 6 months! I cant wait that long...I may get a 440 and just try to use it until Honda decided to come out with something bigger.

If ya wanna fast arse motor take yours to Rocky RIdge racing in leitchfield KY and have him do up a 416 national kit in it or 440 kit...you'll think its a 500 when ya get it back,,garaunteed. Same motor that Angela Moore uses ta spank the open 4 stroke class at the GNC's with.,,plus it's probably half the cost of a 500 kit from whoever..and no shipping charges either,,,your pretty close to rocky ridge.. My 416 will be there in a few months gettin more motor work done you should look into it..

There are some people in this country who can build a 440 that is faster than alot of stroker motors. My 440 went head to head with an FST500 and an FST440, 440 the first weekend, 500 the next weekend, and the 500 wasnt one bit faster than me, and the 440 was quite a bit slower, 9mph on the radar gun actually...
