I checked my oil and noticed it was real thinand runny. I had just changed it the weekend before. The oil smells like it has fuel in it.

It ran fine and strong.

What can cause this?

I brought it in to get looked at today but just trying to see if anybody else had the same thing before?

Do you have any mods done to it? Do you run race fuel?

It has to be getting around the piston rings somehow. I mean you got gas in the tank and in fuel lines. No way it could get in the crankcase. When it gets in the combustion chamber that the only way it could be getting in the crankcase. Can we narrow it down to a certain mod that we all have that making it put to much fuel and not burning it all. Or is it something else.

mxmikes problem was something in the fuel injector. the injector has constant pressure on it from the fuel pump. something was in the injector holding it part way open. the fuel went in the cylinder and into the crank case. gas is thin enough that it will get by the ring gaps into the crank case.

So is it something that we should be worried about or not? cause i just changed my oil today too and it smelled like it had gas in it too?

Yup, just like Mark said.

When I would turn it off the injector was held open by a pc of dirt or trash letting it leak into the crank case.

I had my injector cleaned and so far its been good.

I think the gas in my oil had some affect on my cluth plates. It seems like its slipping some now.

I will cange them soon.
