OK before I start I must say that it’s no big deal the motor’s getting send out to be done for racing. With that said we brought Kyle’s new 90 home today and I removed the throttle screw and told him to have a little fun before we tear it down. The dam thing would not go anywhere and then stall. I took the plug out and it was black cleaned it up and put it back in and it did the same thing. I took the top of the air box off and it runs great (for a stock trx90). I was just wondering what you guys think it might be. If I was buying it as a stock machine I guess I would have to take it back and let them look at it.

Did you check to see if the restrictor is still in the intake of the air box lid? It looks like a rubber plug with about a half inch hole in the center right where the air enters the airbox lid.

When you put the chock on it’s worse I smelled gas as I was taking off the trailer something’s making it load up I’m going to play with it tomorrow and see what I can come up with. If I don’t get it right before I tare it down I’ll always wonder about it. We got a new camera on black Friday so I should have lots of pics and video.
