Finally bought a toybox. It's used but it's got what me and the family need not to mention I couldn't beat the price.

They are delivering it on thursday and when I come home it's off to buy a 2500. I almost could though, it's only 11500 lbs.

the 5.9 will be more than enough but, If I get a good deal on a new one I might snatch it.

My 1500 has a lightly worked 5.9 (360) in it now with a Jasper performance tranny, I have no doubt it has enough snot to pull. The suspension isn't setup for it nor is the rear(highway gears). Besides this is my excuse to the wife to buy another truck!

Ya dude the 5.9 is a bulletproof motor. Just keep your maintenance up and it will last for a loooooooong ***** time LOL. Should get an ATS performance tranny though LOL. imo:devil:
