98% complete!
Ok so money issues have hit me hard. Been laid off and helping a friend start a business. So it looks like my R project might have to go. Its 98% complete. Alls that need to be done is have the piston installed when I get it in the mail (also maybe some tinkering with wiring, and jetting) Reason I mention the wiring is because I bought a harness that was cut up to delete the head lights/tail light and stock on/off switch (i have a teather kill on there now)
Heres the list.
I built this from ground up. Bought a frame and a parts lot and went at it. I have $4370 invested and dont expect near that for an offer. When I mention NEW or FRESH it means never ridin on also.
-89 frame bought from a friend who blasted it, primered and painted with automotive paint, then cleared (2 years old and is still very solid!!) NO welds or cracks!!!!
-TCS triple rate w/ res set up for 180lbs (no leaks, NOT blown) (stock oem rear shock)
-NEW Hiper front non-bead rims (w/ grooved radials)
-dougless rear Bead locks (fresh powder coat!) W/ NEW razor tires)
-PRM full skid plate, and swing arm skid plate great shape!!
-PRM Front bumper (FRESH powder coat)
-PRM desert grab bar
-LAEGER +2 A-arms / tie rods (silver vein PC about 3 years old)
-NEW! BURGARD +1 stem with fat bar clamp
-Pro taper Fat bars (gold)
-Laker grey plastics w/ K&K Graphics (condition 8 out of 10)
-NEW oem grips
-NEW teather kill switch
-Axle is +0 - +4 (sorry dont know brand..)
-oem hubs front and rear painted with frame (NEW bearings up front)
-Stainless steal brake lines front and rear!
-400ex front brake master cylinder (very clean)
-NEW D.I.D x ring chain (gold)
-And stainless steal bolt kit
ENGINE
-86 short rod. chases were painted battleship grey and looks GREAT! NO CRACKS, still has chain guard "niples" although the upper one is striped. Bottom end was gone over and assembled by a Pro tech. replaced all water pump seals/bearings, main bearing and a few other seals and bearings (he ordered i gave the cash)
-hot rods rod
-NEW bore/hone (67.25mm)
-NEW wiseco piston (uninstalled waiting for it in mail)
-ESR type-6 pipe and silencer (best low/mid range in my book)
-Reed spacer
-Mikuni 36mm pwk carb (the one ESR recommended for the pipe set up) I have some jets and a idle screw on order for this still.
-K&N filter
IM SURE i missed a thing or 2 and Ill let you know. I DON'T want to sell but kinda have to right now. I appoligize for not having a set price because I seriously have no clue what to ask. I have more into it right now then I know I will get for it.
DONT be shy to shoot an offer but PLEASE dont insult me. If this was 100% complete Id prob ask 3500 to give you guys an idea..
