Steering stabilizer install?

I won a Pep steering stabilizer on ebay. My question is how do I mount it to the frame. I know the one end goes on the steering stem but where does the other end attach to? Any help would be great or maybe just a pic will help. Thanks for your time and input.

Got pics and did it come with any hardware?

Yes it came with all mounting hardware, it is ready to bolt on. I will get some pics up asap. Thanks

the pep one I had, one side went to the stem and the other side goes to the right(I think, maybe left) front motor mount. My denton one, goes on the stem to the top frame rail.

I got a pep steering stabilizer too and I cant figure out how it mounts up either.The head pipe seems to be in the way
