i went riding today with my 400 and it was running fine.. and then it had a rough idle and it would stall, then i would try to start it and it would turn over but not start.... mess witht he choke and what and it would start but bog out to where i have to rev really high? everything is stock on the quad too??????????

It may sound silly but, how much gas do you have? Could be out of gas. Could also be bad gas or a clogged pilot jet.

just took the the whole carb apart and drained all bad gas
