i found this setup on ebay ive never seen it before but it looks like a cr 250 cylinder on a trx250r bottom end. has anyone ever seen one before???? are they fast???

I understand these to be very "top-ended" motors. The powervalves are not active, so what you're getting are the modern port layout and transfer design. I don't know if they're any better or worse than the Pro-X or Duncan cylinders.

would it be possible to get the power valves working?? whats it need?? some wiring??? cause if u could get them working that would be a sweet motor!!

The CR250 powervalve is driven off the crank. It's virtually impossible to get it working with the 250r bottom end.
