I have a friend that is selling his paddle tires/rims from his Raptor and I was wondering if the Raptor bolt measurement will line up with the EX. Anybody have an idea about this??? Thanks.

nope they wont work. 400EX is bolt pattern 4/110 and the raptor is 4/115. They would be very close

OK. What about drilling new holes in the rims to fit the EX has anyone Done that? I wonder if it would screw up the structural integrity of the rim itself.

I was talking to a friend of mine last night and he mentioned that he sold a set of banshee wheels to a guy that had a LT 500 drag bike and he had to re-drill holes. He said they held up real well!

If you were going to do that, take them to a machine shop. Have them get the rim centered to drill new holes. ;)

If you dont get them centered than your going to be flopping around like a fish outta water.

Nothin wrong with filing the holes oval another 2.5 mm, that's less than 1/8". Just take your time and get them right. Lot's better chance of getting it right than drilling another bolt circle!
