never raced has blue plastic quadtech hood black itp rims prm summit bumper duncan fat boy 4 fullsystem dyno jet jet kit nacs seat cover nacs graphics renthall bars tusk nerfs outerwears for shocks and airfilter tougher stering stem parking brake block off new clutch cable aftermarket clutchperch and lever aftermarket head lights new brakepads and carrier bearings new chain and sprockets durablue lowring kit razr's on the front and radials on the back with half tread and runs well not ticks or smoking

I'd say about 3000 IMO. Maybe 3500:)

i got my 03 for 2000.... not as many mods, but was in great shape, garage kept, ridden like 5 times, never raced.
these are the mods

Full Yoshimura offroad exhaust
Pro Armor Skid Plates
Pro Armor Bumper
Pro Armor Nerfs
Fly Handlebars
K&N Air Filter
Scott Grips

Also a gear bag filled with 3 sets of jerseys, pants, a helmet, a pair of boots, goggles, and gloves.

well lots of people mainly llok at plastics and how clean it is.. it its not too beat up u could maybe go for 3500.. it has mods in it which raise the value..

i bought my 02 for 600 bucks. it needed a cdi box, and a service manule to tell me that.
so, at 700 dollars, i had a nice running 02 400ex with a title in my name.

alot of 02s are selling around here in the 17-2200 dollar range, no matter what mods they got.

the nations broke right now, you gotta realize if you wanna sell it, you gotta price it at a selling price, not a WORTH it price.

hes right since the 450r's came out the 400's are not in that much of a demand anymore...
