Pappy, have you used both of columbia's Super high gloss clear and there columbia clear? I was just wondering if there was really a difference and why the standard clear is so much more expensive.
thanks

Since they dont include any of the chemistry info with their powders, I can only geuss that one is of a more expensive chemistry then the other. I always use their high gloss clear so i cant tell you if one is better then the other. I did notice that their "columbia chrome" is way different then the standard chrome(i prefer the standard chrome)

i still order alot of my stuff from them, but have been using tiger drylac more and more due to the volumes I shoot. columbia uses tiger and a few other main suppliers

ok thanks alot. I have been using some of eastwoods powders, but they just dont seem to do as well as columbias or tigers. plus, when you combine one of columbia's super mirror colors with eastwood clear, the clear doesnt want to flow out right. its rough instead of smoothing out to a glossy look. just wondering what clear you like best.
thanks
