CBR600 Custom Drag Quad Value?

My boss is thinking about selling his custom built drag quad and doesn't have an idea on where he should start on price. Heres a list of what it has. Any opinions would be appreciated.

Engine:
97 CBR 600
D&D Exhaust
UNI Filter

Chassis:
Custom Frame /w LT500 front clip
400ex swingarm w/ Lonestar Axle
Custom Painted Fenders
1.5 gal Fuel Cell
90 MPH In 3rd gear In the 1/8 mile

Looks like he did a really good job building that. I hate those backyard redneck creations w/ streetbike engines.

I think 4500 would be a low book on that, but anything around there would be good.
