my dad has a 400ex and he walked outside today and heard his bike running. he went and checked it out, and it had started on its own. the 400 doesnt have a key, it has been rewired. what could of caused this?

oh,. i forgot to mention that the electric start wont work now, you press the button and nothin happens.
