250R Platic on 400Ex

I love the look of 250R plastic but I love my 400Ex. Has anyone put 250R plastic on their 400Ex? How much work is it? What mods have to be done.

I need some pics too.

Never done it from a 250R to 400 but we put the plastics from a kawasaki kx 250 dirtbike onto a Honda CR 125 just for kicks and grins. In that case, we cut what wouldn't fit, used big zip ties and pulled the plastic in all directions till it was tight. Same concept may or may not apply since dirtbikes have far less plastic than atvs. the main advantage to the zipties is if you wreck the plastic doesn't break, the zip-ties do. NOt sure how much help that was.
