Got an 05 r bone stock. Ive read tons of threads about best 450r pipes, and sparks, rossier and dasa are always the top mentioned. Money not being an isue, which pipe really is the best, sound and performance.

All 3 are great, pick the one that you like the looks of best :P
Tho I goda say the Rossier and DASA and significantly louder then the Sparks to my ear.
...This thread will not give you a definite answer, just 50 peoples opinions.

i rode a quad with a full Sparks natonal motor ( i kno i kno not just the pipe) and it HAULED so i would think that the pipe would be very good considering how well built the sparks motor was

Money not being an issue......Dasa. I fell into a good deal so I ended up with a Rossier. I am happy with my purchase.

the dasa will have a little more high rpm power and overrev. the sparks will have more low-midrange power. the sparks produces a really smooth powerband all the way through. the dasa likes the rpms to be up a little more.

i have a sparks as of now, but i would have to say that dasa is the best, i think it sound really good to. if i would come across a straight up trade for one i would probably do it,

i love the way my dasa sounds. the only complaint i have is that i blew a hole in the header last weekend, not even a full season but i guess that could happen with and exhaust

They are all pretty much the same power wise. I chose the Rossier because i like its sound the best. But thats just my opinion

you got anything but the Sparks? I.E. HRC kit. If you have HRC, Sparks Exhaust and UNI or K&N Filter. I can help ya. HRC Needle on 3rd clip, dynojet 175 main, and go up one size on your slow jet. fuel screw 2 turns out. If still pops on decel then you will need to set it at 2.5 turns out. If you will just have the Sparks exhaust just order the sparks jets that go with this pipe and you will be good. I just spent about 2 weeks perfecting my jetting on this exact setup but due to different elevations (im only @ 1000-1500ft) you may need to change it up a little but......that will start you off in a close proximity of where you need to be. Good luck.

Just a little food for thought....Go here: http://www.wppracing.com/links.htm and go a little ways and check the "WppRacing Pipe Test" on the left...

also, i believe you can have alot of power, but the power increase has to be in the rpm range you ride in. if you like to lug the bike around, you dont want a top end pipe, and vice versa
