i was rideing this weekend and noticed my fan barely spinning. then my head light wouldnt work. got back to the truck and pluged the fan into another 12v battery and it spins fine . so i started the bike and checked the voltage and its only putting out 1.98 volts on all circuits. my bike is a 05 . any idea where to start?
