it has potential, but right now it is just kinda the average jeep.

as for a lift, it may have some spacers, but it sure don't look as if it has a real lift.

Tires and wheels would really change the look of that thing

go to rubicon express and buy a 5.5 inch super duty long arm setup, then you set for some 35's and you'll be flexing with the best of em....i built my 98' with this setup when i had it and it flexed out amazing, now i have an soa, locked, 72' fj40 with a sbc350

If you're keeping it a "daily driver" and it's not going to be doing large amounts of off road duty, look into Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo's. I run the 31x10.5R15 By far the best handling tire I've ever run on my Jeep. This last set has even lasted 50k miles. That's a LOT on a Jeep. The short wheelbase usually wears tires a lot faster.

I also have a 2002 Wrangler Sahara 4.0 Stick. Dual Top. Plan on having it until I retire. ;) Gotta love the aftermarket.

Check your front swaybar links. The stockers are CRAP. I'd wager they probably have issues. Actually unless they were already replaced I'd almost garauntee it. If so get a set of JKS Quicker Disconnects for less than the stock replacements are. ;) http://store.jksmfg.com/merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=QRDISC&Store_Code=JKS01&Category_Code=Swaybar_Disconnects

I drive a 1998 TJ and use it as my daily driver. It has about 9in of lift and 35's(37's going on next if these ever wear out).I have drove a Jeep as my daily driver for several years and love it.

A real life? lol okay what ever thats supposed to mean?

Im deff. not gunna be doing anything crazy, a lift will attract the cops and i dont need that, the cops already bust my balls about the mustang (tinted taillights, to loud, etc etc. Yup cops in my town really suck!)

Like i said, its basically a daily driver, just for fun in the snow and some off road occasionaly.

If its a daily driver I do not suggest a lift and big tires. Jeeps get bad enough mileage how they are.

If you do get bigger tires, I would suggest to regear.

I want to see the fj. I love them. I had a '76 w/ a spring over 33's, lockers, and stock straight 6. Too bad I traded it for a built 250r back in the day (before fj40's were considered gold). Now all I have is a YJ on 35's :(
