Take you stock seat cover off and drill a bunch of holes in you seat foam which makes more room for the foam to move resulting in a softer seat. Thank you Josh Creamer

How big are the holes supposed to be?

you can go as small as you want but you will have to drill more holes i know josh creamer drilled like 1/2"-5/8" holes about an inch apart im not sure how far down he drilled them

yeah id like to know how it works for us normal folks, seems to me the hardest part is getting your cover back on straight, ive had bad experiences with this department like when i got this graphics kit for an old shee i had and totally botched the seat cover part up, so id like to hear if it really works and the best way to make it work.

I went down and sat on creamers bike yesterday and the seat feels so much better with the holes. I couldnt tell how far the holes went down through the seat cover, but it made a huge difference. I am deffineatly doing it to my bike during the rebuild

the holes are about 1 inch and 2 inches apart and they do not go all the way thru the foam
that is straight from the person that did it
