i just changed my pilot jet, and saw that my main is a 175. this isnt stock is it? and does a 42 pilot and a 175 main sound good (mods are in sig). also if you guys put a 42 pilot in in the winter to make it start better, do you take it out when the temps get a little warmer, or do you just leave it in?

Sounds pretty close. In the summer depending on temperatures, you may want to go down a size, but it wont hurt anything to leave it.

ok thanks a lot. i guess elevation effects it too? im in lancaster pa, so its pretty low here. i guess that shouldnt matter too much.

when you say maybe go down a size in warmer temps, how warm do you mean? from like june to august its about always around 80 here, sometimes in mid 90s though.

I cant really remember. I think its every 10 or 20 degrees, go up or down a size. If it gets warmer, the air is less dense, so go down to lean it out. If it gets cooler, go up a size to richin the mixture. Elevation does affect it because air is thinner at higher altitudes, so you have to lean the mixture. A lower elevation will me more dense so you have to richin it.
