D-Day.....Dunk prepares for battle!

Jason Dunkleberger has been riding the familiar yellow framed Lost Creek quads for so long, that seeing him on anything else for most is a shock. Meeting up with Dunk at Breezewood Proving Grounds would allow me to be the first to get a few shots of him ripping it up on his new East Coast ATV backed Honda 450R.

The weather turned down right nasty with snow and sleet pelting the area as I pulled in, and dunk soon followed as it wasn't looking good. We decided to get some shots while we waited to see if we could put in some laps or we should break out some sleds:devil:

Dunk looks to get into next season and right now, with some serious training on and off the track to be ready to battle in 08 aboard the new ride.

With the clean shots completed, it was time to see how serious Dunk was to get started on riding the Honda. It was cold, temps in the mid 30's and the tracks were wet but rideable. Dunk wasn't going to waste anytime and was soon suited up and for the first time since climbing off a 250R, Dunk and Honda were about to get reintroduced.

A lap or two to get warmed up and then some hot laps to see what this Honda ride could do.

I had a cold and chilly blast but it was worth it. It's great to see Dunk on the Honda and with a sponsor that seems to really want to help him take the next step. I'm sure Dunk can fill you all in on how the quad felt and it was great seeing him again and the whole ECATV crew!!

I would say he is pretty stoked, and we wish him the best of luck and safety for the upcoming season!!!

its good to see that Dunk is getting used to the new ride, quite a sharp one i might add, glad to see he will be aboard a Honda, ECATV and Dunk might be putting Honda on the podium this year by the looks of things, but unfortunately for Honda, with there poor factory support, and loss of so many riders, ECATV may be the only ones winning any medals...

that honda is the single reason why im considering gettin a honda! I know they perform well and im sure that with the right equipment it can be a killer machine! I sure hope dunk comes in here and lets us know how he felt on the bike.
