TRX 450 ER Engine Noise

I just bought a new TRX450ER and the engine (not the exhaust) is loud - Took it back to the dealer and they said it was normal for this engine. It sounds almost like the bottom end is knocking. Does everyone else have this noise?

X2 450R motors a just loud like that.

I've had 2 450r's(04 and 07) and both of them were noisy. You just get used to it, thats true but at first its hard to overlook

Ya when 450r's are stock the engine is louder then the exhaust :P
First time I herd one I thought it was ready to blow up.
