What races can you race with a 250r?

The 250r is very versitile, it can be set up to race almost any type of terrain, be it XC, MX, Flattrack, or desert racing. The true strength of the 250r is in the ability to be dedicated to a specific riding style.

Do you mean what is it allowed in?

Since you are in michigan you could check out http://www.michiganatvracing.com/

Ask them questions as to where to Race 250R's.

It's a small, tight track with a bunch of these things on it.
