Hi, I am in the market for a new set of rear mx tires size 18-10-8.
I am unsure of what I should get though. I am currently running itp holeshot mxr4's in the rear size 18/10/8. They hook up well but wear out very quick at the tracks here on the west coast which some are dry, some are slick and blue grooved and some are just muddy as heck. But I just need to know what you out there would suggest. I am really thinking about getting the itp quadcross rears because this tire is specifically designed for the itp quadcross circuit and knows what conditions it has to go through, but I have also been stuck on the maxxis razr mx rears but I dont know. Help me out please! I also have a set of turf tamers that I bought but I dont seem too like them too well in the turns and there a bit too much the tracks are not that dry here in Arizona!

qud crosses are amazing. they hook up so good. BUT they wear out crazy fast just like everyother itp tire. razr mx's and kendas are good and last a long time but dont hook up as good as quadcrosses

They wear out quick too? That stinks. I thought they were longer lasting tires. But you said they hook up well so thats all that really matters when your racing. I might have to get these quad crosses because I hear their performance is awesome.

wow! whenever i run lower psi like that, i cant get it to turn. i guess thats just how i ride because i like it to be loose instead of tight. i run liike 15-13 front-rear. looks like a good tire though. i mite have to try them when i need new tires again

Actually they are kinda hard to get but a guy who sponsors me sells them and can get them for eight or nine inch rims. the compound is soft and they corner amazing. I am sure he can hook you up with them he has a **** load in stock right now but they do go quick

10 psi is the maximum for those tires and they corner great.. i gues i forgot to mention that in that pic he sidewall flex could also be from 4th gear pinned
