It does not come with a clamp kit, I have it for sale separate, it is a plus 1 inch, 2007. I am not sure what you mean by "forward placement".

yea. I looked on there..I was looking for some more close pics of them..around the ball joints and such..I have been trying to find some pics of micheals quad on the net to get a better look. Do you have any of a front shot of his quad with the arms on it? I've got epic arms and I'm going to something different next season..thanks
