are they suppose to do this? My brother just got his back together after he blew the engine and its blowing a little oil through the exhaust. Im not sure if it will hurt anything or not but I thought I would ask you all

It could be normal....what are you mixing it at? Really the only ill affect is fouling plugs. Im sure someone else will chime with a better answer than mine.

As long as it is not crankcase oil i wouldnt be too concerned.
I usually lube the piston and cylinder quite heavily during assembly with 2 stroke oil to help keep it lubed during the intial start up so yeah ive seen oil coming out of the exhaust before!lol

i dont believe its crankcase oil, now I could be wrong but im pretty sure thats not what it is. My brother did lube up the cylinder with oil so that is a strong possibilty of what it could be. I think the mix is 32:1 with Amsoil Dominator.

Unless you're burning crankcase oil, I'd break that motor completely in and make sure it's properly jetted.

when I put mine together I usually put alot of oil in there and foul a plug or two in the first couple hours of break in. If it keeps doing it then your too rich in the jetting

have yall finished the breakin process? if so, narrow down the source. its most likely the jetting but could possibly be crankcase oil and is easily noticable because the exhaust stinks terribly bad. did you guys ever do a leakdown test on it? if not. it would be in your best interest to do so.

Amsoil Dominator is recomended to mix at 50:1. Think of it a concentrated juice in a can. If you don't mix in enough water its to thick and tastes like crap. Amsoil is full synthetic its designed to be mixed at 50:1. You can't compare it to castor or natural oil blends. Long story short, you got to much oil in it. It won't hurt it but at $30 for a gallon of Amsoil Dominator you waisting money for nothing.

yeah amsoil is a great item... thats all i would run in my blaster... i loved the smell of that and i thouth 50-1 was a bit lean but i had 42-1... i had that happen with my blaster too. i did some top end work on it and i use 5w-30 to put it together... and that was in there for a long time!
