PC'ing chrome parts

I have a set of a-arms on the wifes 300 I would like to have PC'd.. They are chrome plated (Burgard arms).. can this be stripped off and PC'd.. is it extra to strip the chrome off if thats how you do it??

all i can do is scuff the nickle plate and shoot them. in order to have nickle or chrome plate removed, they need to be sent to a shop that chrome plates. with that said, ive done many sets and havent had the problems i figured i would so id say its your call. as long as its a solid color i dont have any problem coating them.
