i have a cylinder that has a hammer engraved on it and it says racing under it,in the pic they kinda look like the back of a hammer-some guy from jersey named reinhiemer? did the work i think? came with the bike

I have the same hammer on my other cylinder with racing under it. Its not like the one in the pic though its a side view of an entire hammer.

i raced with hammer back in the 90s

his name is denny riehnhiemer (spelling?) but he was fast as hell and built good motors back then.

i would always see him at sleepy hollow mx track and at flying dutchman mx in PA.

i know for sure he did good work, i just switched from my hammer 265 to a bolt on ,un-ported 310 kit from esr and the 265 was just as powerful.
