Ok, so we were having a nice riding day, we were all having fun. Climbing hills, wide-open fireroads, etc.

Were flyin down this one fireroad, and i was cruisin behind my cousin, with my dads employee behine me.

We were all doin a good 55-60mph, and I wanted to start racing my cousin at that speed, so i was really pushin my blassie to catch up with his. I was about 15ft back when all of a sudden, he made a hand signal, and swerves. I didnt have time to, there was a giant steel rim with some trash around it, and my right-front a-arm hit it. I fliped over backwards and land upside down on top of my head, and then the bike left me. (be in mind this is all at 55-60mph)

My damage: luckily only a leg the swole up about 4in and a very scratched up body, nothing broken.

Bike damage: Frame got tweaked a bit, but still ridable. Flat tire. bent grad bar

Not a quad, but a bike, so close enough....

I was in the middle of race and the track was horrible. It rained all the night before, so traction was hard to get especially for the big jumps. I was hanging around 7th or 8th in 125c and I kept loosing time on this double I hit when it's dry. It's approximatly around 75' long. The corner before it was really really muddy, so you would slide everywhere. Well it was two laps till the end of the race and I could see 5th and 6th infront of me. I figured if I could hit the double I could make up some time. So I went for it. Right infront of the double was a huge sludge pit that probably sucked 5-10mph from me. So I'm in the air looking at the landing and say to myself I'm not gonna make it. I start to get closer to the landing and do realize infact I am not going to make it. So I bailed and tryed to slide down the landing. Well I didn't do that. I ended up sticking both of my feet straight into the landing and breaking both of my ankles.

Damage: broken left and right tibia and fibia, broken talus on right foot, dislocated hip on my left leg. Yah it sucked.

Here is the jump when it's dry.

Long story short, Riding in a pine tree forest, bald tires, and a hill covered in pine needles and whatnot, the hill was almost straight up and down as well. Got almost all the way up, started spinning, I said hell with it and punched it. Quad grabbed, went completely into the air, I fell all the way down the hill, had about 2 secs to think I can either try and grab it out of the air, or let the handlebars crush my chest, so I voted for option A. Kept it from crushing my chest. But my wrist completely snapped and if I didn't have skin, it would have fallen off pretty much. Anyway as stubborn as I am, I say its alright guys I think its just dislocated. So I grab it and squeeze, and my friend almost pukes from the sound it made, then I got the bright idea to try and ride my quad, made it about 10ft untill I had to turn, and my wrist just kind of flopped and I hit a tree, which pissed me off to no end. With that my friend who almost puked rode my 300 home, I rode on the back of the utility, and to the hospital I go. 3 days later I have surgery get a full cast above my elbow, and I go out riding the next day. Quite difficult in a full cast though. :p

this was awhile back but here it is.
it was a nice fall day my friends ask me to come riding with them on my day old 400 so i said sure i've got nothing else to do so i'll go. we were riding at some small hill climbs when we found this huge one and all my friends said to me climb it and i was looking at this huge hill and saying am i going to make it and all the guys said i was going to. so needless to say i didnt make it there was a rock at the top that made me flip and i hit so hard off the ground i didnt know were i was and i had to got to the hospital to get checked out. i ended up having to put about 300 bucks into my wrecked bike. from this day on i have never let my friends talk me into doing anything that i didnt want to do.

I was up at a friends farm practicing for a harescramble. I was in the lead out of my cousin, myself, and my little brother. There was one section that you could go wide open and it turns out thats where the wreck happened. I came around a guess of like a 90-100 degree bend when i see a pickup truck coming right towards me. I had no time to react because i was in the top of 4th gear and i had to hit the truck or or a tree going that fast. I remember seeing the pickup truck but not hitting it. I woke up with my helmet and gloves already off. Then i got rushed to the hospital to find out what was all wrong.

Injuries- Severe concussion, Broke/dislocated raidus (wrist), and a broken ankle in 2 places, a 3 inch hole down the bone of my ankle with a skin graph off of my thigh.

Well, to start it off I left my place and went over to a buddys for a while who lived right beside my favorite trails. I talked with them all for a bit then decided to go for a ride, and a few other people who were there were leaving too. I followed his car out of the driveway and down the road until I turned onto a one way road that ended in some trails. I made it through the S-bend entering the trails, then next thing I remember was waking up in Intensive Care.

What had happened was, I came over the first little blind hill and then was almost at the top of the other one (mind you I just got into the trails so I had only made it to 2nd gear) when a local rider on a crf250r came over the other side flyin' in 5th gear.

These trails are really whooped out from so many riders and when he crested the hill he had launched off a large whoop. So he was airborne when he even saw me and couldn't slow down.. He hit the front of my quad and flipped frontwards over it, the bike slammed into my body while going over and knocked me out cold. He landed on a pile of downed trees and brush and had massive internal injuries and didn't make the helicopter ride to hospital.. RIP Nigel

Injuries: Severe concussion (knocked unconcious for 20-30 mins, lost 6-7 hours of memory), Broken collar bone in several places, broken kneecap, whiplash, constantly sore back now, and severe bruising and cuts, and about 6 rough stitches in my knee, and my forearm muscle torn badly.

And my favorite helmet.. Fox V3 Whitewall, split in half.

Oh, and its cracked where it hit my collar bone and smashed it.

BTW, the electric starter box is broken off the bars from my knee hitting it when I went off the back of the quad.. it actually broke in half and my right thigh broke my thumb throttle lever off.

Well, one day after school i went riding and i wasnt allowed...nobody was home so i left.. well we get to this place called the circle.. but anyways there is like a 5min trail that goes. well in a circle around this place.. so i did it like 5 times .. and this next one didnt feel right off the start.. i thought to my self.. i should be gettin home, but i went out one more time.. well there was a huge deep puddle and i decided to go on the side where there was about 2 ft of space between the puddle and a tree.. bad mistake.. there was a tree branch about 2in wide and like 6ft long laying on the ground with a nice pointy edge.... well i was in 3rd and i guess i caught on the front fork came up and went directly innto my eye...(i had a helmet but no goggles)..

I then remember waking up in that puddle with me helmet on.. i couldnt see anything out of my right eye..i started to yell and i was sreaming ohh **** im gonna be blind!! and i started walking back to where other people where not really knowing where i was going.. so i get back to the circle and once i see the people they say i just collapsed and fell on the ground ... so i wake up and i hear a truck well i rode halfway to the hospital on the back of my friends 400ex.. then i get in his friends truck and i get to the hospital.. in te hospital they ask on a scale of 1-10 how bad is your eye.. i say 2..... so you know something wasnt right.. well.. anyways after not nbeing able to see normal for about 3 weeks it started to get better.. that was about 3months ago.. my eye is still red a little today .. you can still see the part that i took out of my eye..

Well today everything is pretty good, that MIGHT be the last time i sneak out to go ride..

Well, my buddy told me to take his lt-r out and ride my best. So i said ok  . Well i was flying, he said he never saw me ride so fast in my life, and after the 3rd lap i was getting tired, this was my like 20th lap for the day. And so i was hitting this double that you had to be pinned, and your *** all the way back, so the rear end didn't pop up on ya. Well i let my thumb slip off the throttle or something, and it went from - to /. I landed on the take off of the next jump right on my collar bone, so of course i broke it, and here's the bike:

double-triple rythm section at the local track...

fall of '06 - i tried a different line, too fast on the double, landed on the take-off of the tripple, cased the landing bad, went flipping over forward. bout got ran over by my buddy lol. ended up with a broken scaphoid (wrist) and a bruised kidney.. i thought i was just dinged up a bit so i figured i'd take a break, putt around a little and watch everybody else.. probably didnt make it 10 minutes before i couldn't pull in the clutch anymore.

now im plagued with arthritis

ATV: 2000 Banshee

Date: July 1, 2007

Description: Me being a dumba** on a stock Banshee..

Okay so I'll go into more depth. Some buddies and I were up at the cabin for the weekend and decided to hit up the local track at the casino. I was riding my Banshee at the time because DeRisi had screwed up my YFZ shocks so I was still waiting on those. My friend on a 400EX decided to challenge me to a race so of course I had to do it, that's just what guys do. We all lined up and took off and I was doing pretty good for being on a Banshee with stock suspension as I was pushing it harder than I should have been. I came up to a double and I'm not sure what happened but my front end was straight up in the air. I didn't have nerf bars so my left leg slipped off the pegs and back into the axle. When I landed I was only hanging on with my left arm as I was being pulled back by the axle and my arm was ripped out of the socket. I didn't know it so I managed to drive off the track, roll off the quad, and collapse on the ground. One friend stopped to see if I was okay while the others kept riding (Thanks Mike, you other guys are *******s haha). I thought it was just sore from the shock of the landing so I tried to stand up but just moving it hurt extremely bad. Thankfully a first responder happened to be just showing up to ride the track so he gave me a ride to the hospital where I got an X-Ray (I'll have to get a copy sometime, it looks killer) and it was put back in place after 2 hours. Several x-rays, doctors, an MRI, and a few weeks later I'm having surgery. Surgeon said there was absolutely nothing left holding my arm in the socket and I had broken off a piece of my socket. Unfortunately I only have 5 small scars as technology is pretty good for this type of surgery. Woke up from the surgery with no pain killers. Worst pain I've ever felt or could imagine of. It's been almost 5 months and I've got all my rotation and extension back except for my anterior extension/rotation which will only be 30 degrees for the rest of my life while normal is 90. I'll also have arthritis in my shoulder by the time I'm 30-40.

Flat landed a 90 foot double. Another racer cut me off...only choice I had was the pin my quad to keep from landing on him...Have done the jump before perfect.

Broke every bone in my wrist. Wrist was almost a Perfect S actually...

No surgery can help me. I have been too more then 4 different orthopedics. Everyone says the same damn thing. My only option as of right now is to have my wrist screwed together so I will never have any movement again (and this is 2 years after the injury happened). I have a very rare arthritus that is slowly shifting my hand. I didnt even get 50% of my movement back

It was November 25th 2007, I was putting my ds650 back into storage at a mini storage place. I though it would be a good idea to ride it around one last time. I do it all the time there. i got it unloaded realized i didnt have my helmet i went anyway. so im in 2 or 3 gear pinned trust me i've done every mods i could without openning the engine this huals. it was kinda cold the tires spun at first i was coming to the end of the straight away which i have done tons of times. i used the front brake way to hard the front locked up and the wheeler start going crazy i fell off going maybe 30+ mph on pavement rolled and all the good stuff the atv's rear wheel ran over my bare foot cause the shoe fell off. the atv hit a garage door and dented in the door pretty good. Nothing happend to my atv luck. i stood up and tried walking and i was like huh there was a huge bulge in my foot. I broke my navicular bone its the main bone and also shattered some of it. When he did surgery he said it is the worst broken foot he has seen in his 20 years as a foot and ankle reconsturctive surgeon. He said some of the bone was turned to dust i got two screws one putting the bone back the best they could and one keeping it all together. i got 21 staples and idk how many stitches. im still in a cast for another month and after get one of the screw out then i start threapy the good news is it is coming along better than he thought it would. i've learned a valuable lesson dont screw around!

My worst injury hurt really bad when it was healing because of scabbing but I look back now and laugh. I was riding a KE100 on a grassy trail in Ontario and a huge tractor left ruts. I was riding on top of the rut along the middle, in 1st gear, and wanted to stop for whatever reason. I had only put my left leg out to hold myself up and leaned the bike to my left, and I thought there was solid ground, but grass and hay were hiding a huge rut, and I fell right right over onto the ground with my left leg stuck in mud, with my bike ontop of me, I couldn't get up. Right below my knee on the inner side of my left leg the exhaust had burnt a 3x4" hole. As it was burning my leg, I couldn't do anything, and the bikes weight was on it. I had to wait 15-25 seconds for my friend behind me to help. I didn't really notice much pain, my mom said because it was really bad.

Lesson: Don't wear shorts when riding and don't fall over at a dead stop LOL!

don't remember what happened thanks to the lovely knock in the head i got from another racers front tire(or so i was told he probably just ran me over) but somehow my foot got stuck somewhere that my ankle was getting burnt and this is what i ended up with

and that i think is about a week and half after it happened
