well... heres my quad when i first got it, stock with a uni filter and race cuts

and half way through the second night.. man.. that one a arm bolt WONT come out... gonna finish the other side tonight too..i hope

the dude before me was way ghetto with the wiring, 3/4 of it doesnt go anywhere, and every single bearing on it is wore out.

gonna paint the frame a candy red, all new bearings, all new wiring.

then painting the plastics gloss black with a custom metal mulisha graphics kit, and a new black skull seat cover

then some black pro taper bars and red grips, all new cables, new clutch and brake levers, etc.

finally a rebuilt motor.. still weighing the options on that though.

im searching for some ltz or honda 450 shocks, but im in the process of buying my first house, so the quad isnt getting everything it was supposed to :(

are you planning on sandblasting the frame prior to painting it? also what are you using to paint it..spray paint, gun, ect?

sandblast and paint with dupont automotive paint with a grav feed gun.

lots of clear, should look/hold up good for the cost.

just got my last order or parts in today so back to work! ill post more pics in a bit

Could I ask you a few questions, I am thinking about rebuilding my aswell. Well, here are the questions:

1) What are the front plastics?

2) What type of Razrs are on the back? M930 M931 M932 M933 or M934?

3) Could you send me pics on the process of your build? I love this stuff and I want to find out/learn everything I can! I also want to learn for someone else's mistakes and not mine (not saying your going to make a mistake or anything:p ) My Email is crzy400boy@yahoo.com. About the helmet thing. Those of you who are bashing him need to STFU! At least he has something on his head to protect his brain. Who cares what it looks like. Its not on your head, so leave him alone.

And as for replacing it after crashes. I usually judge it on how hard my head hits. If I get a headache after a wreck, I replace the helmet. If not, then I usually wear it some more. But I always remove the liner and check for cracks and any other un-normal signs.

Nothing is more important than your brain.:)

It hurts real bad when I crash, I popped a wheelie hard and I flew off and hit my head and I had to stop riding for the day cuz it felt like I didnt have 1 on.. I think I need a new one but I dont wanna spend 200 bucks on one! I know you said the brain is most important, but, I just dont have that money!
