250r $1500 or will take trades

i've been trying to get rid of this thing for a while, its a 87 250r.


the good:

Renthal bars
Twist throttle (stock thumb included)
Pro Design teather killswitch
gripper seat cover
Razr MX 19-5 front tires
Klaw MXR 18-10.5 rear tires
ITP rims
Paul Turner pipe
shortened Pro Circut silencer
14 tooth front sprocket
38 tooth rear sprocket
DID gold x ring chain
.80 over Wiseco piston
UNI air filter
custom diamond plate air scoops
carb is jetted almost perfect
and im sure theres more im forgetting

this thing runs real good. i have no problems beating 450s on it.


now the bad:

the clutch needs to be replaced.
the plastic isnt in that great of shape, the rear fenders were cut off by the previous owner.
and theres a small hole in the seat cover


i really want rid of this thing. i havent rode it in about 2 and a half months because of the clutch. id sell it for $1500

now for trades.... i would like to trade it for a 250x or a 300ex or any other four stroke about that size, just somethin i could play around with and have fun on.

i would also take a set of good aftermarket wheels and tires for my s-10. they would have to be 18 or 20 inch and be in good shape.

what is on the motor in the last pic?Does it have a bad gasket on the exhaust/cylinder connection?It almost looks like soot

what is your bolt pattern on the s10??

yeah the exhaust gasket was bad at the time, i put a new one on there shortly after that.

im not real sure about the bolt pattern on the s10, but i think it might be 5x4.75

are all the bearings(axle,front hubs,swing arm pivot bolt) tight?Does the frame have any cracks or repairs?

all the bearings are tight. the a-arm bushings did have a little play in them, but thats an easy fix. i just checked over the frame and it has no cracks or repairs

heres my 2001 300 with around 30 hrs on it the plastic is in better shape in person then in pictures their frost on them from being taking at 7am this morning
