Front end alignment HELP!

im sure this is on here somewhere else, but i couldnt find it....i just wondered what i should run on my bike.....
mx setup, +2's what toe should i run? and should i be on the bike when i set the toe?

I set my front end up with 1/4" toe in.

And yes you should be on the bike when the measurement is taken.
