Yes! You have a great looking R. I have owned 4 R's that is why my hybrid was based around a R geometry. I live in Ohio and I see you are in CA, pretty far. I couldn't trade even though. I had the engine completely gone over last summer (06), and I have only ridden it about 6x's since. All work on the motor was preformed by a Tech from the KTM world headquarters in Amherst, Oh.

For all those asking. This quad was purpose built by Laeger in '99 to put an ATC 350x motor in it w/ the 250r geometry. It is 1 of 12 built that year. I bought it from Jason Luburgh in '02. It was in Huevos 2 or 3(don't remember) It had a blue frame w/ white and blue plastics #101. After I got it I raced it with the 350x motor in it for that summer. I was used to a 2-stroke(250r's) so I was going to put a 2-stroke in it until I got an offer from a KTM dealership to put this engine in it instead. This motor is a 4-stroke but runs like a cross between each. It produces close to 70hp. Here is all it has.

Laeger complete chassis
Protrax frontend
cr 500 rearlink swingarm
lsr axle
lsr antifade brake
zps shocks all around
beadlocks frt and rr
razr mx frt and rr
protaper bars
prodesign kill tether
maier race plastics orange
titanium WB head pipe
custom WB muffler
'03 KTM 525 exc 6spd updated last yr to '06 specs
this motor was completely rebuilt, new bearings and gaskets, etc
new chromoly tierods and ends
aluminuim airbox
seat latch

I have ridden this quad in MX, TT, XC, & circle track.

I am looking to get $8500 for it.
I have ridden the new KTM quad and this quad will out perform a new one. Some people might think that the price is to high but Price a Laeger Chassis. This quad is built on one of the best frames out there, not a 400ex.
It is the legal 50" for MX. The rear LSR axle can be adjusted narrower and the front w/ 4/1 whels will narrow it to 48" for XC. If you know KTM motors they are very reliable.

Could i get a couple more pics? sub frame setup (looks bent in that last photo), the pipe, bottom of frame (stand the bike up) and better picture of the swingarm, and front shocks without he covers on.

Also need some more info, What are the shocks setup for and what weight? When were they last serviced/ by whom/ and do you have the reciept? What exactly is done internally to the motor, and do you have the papers?

Whould you be interested in another 250r Hybrid + cash as a trade?

I will try to get some more pics up in the next couple of days.
Yes, I would be interested in a quad + cash

The Sub frame was bent down a little before I did the engine swap. The guy that helped me put the engine in the frame, heated the rear area to bend it back. I never straightened the grabbar that is why it looks so bent.

The shocks on it for MX are the ZPS. They were serviced at the beginning of the year, But was only ran about 4 times since.

The internals of the motor are basically stock '06 w/ a little tweeking from the KTM Race Tech. This motor came out from one of KTM's '03 race team's bikes. It does have a Wiseco piston at 12.5 to 1. They have 570 kits for the engine, but I didn't need it. You can also buy the 450 cylinder and piston and bolt it on to be able to run that class.

The pipe is a White Brothers Titanium Head pipe with a custom fitted muffler. The pipe on the muffler is ceramic coated.
