Timing Advance Key questions

Are the Curtis Sparks 6 degree timing advance keys worth it? My 400 has a full Yoshimura exhaust, Stage 1 cam, K&N, and everything else is stock. Would I notice the difference? Any negative side affects? How hard is it to install?

dont mean to steel your thread but will the key work well with the sparks cdi box?

i would ask that in the thread link i posted above. since its in the powertrain more look at it and have an answer.
