I have a 2001 400ex and it wont start or run. Its got a K&N, dynojet kit and IDS2 exhaust. I ran it w/ a 170 jet in it for one day and it was too rich. It fouled the plug. I put a new plug in it and it ran fine. Then I tried rejetting it w/ a 165, 160, and 155 to make it leaner. Now it wont run at all with any of the jets. I am no expert but it sounds like its not getting any gas. It does have a strong spark. I was playing w/ the carb when I got the idea to check under the black plastic on the side of the carb. Under the throtle mechanism I found a small round springy piece of rubber that looked like it sat on a cable or something. It was free in the carb though. I am thinking that that was blocking something from moving but I am not sure. I f anyone has any ideas on how to get my 400 to start, it would be greatly appreciated. THANKS
