put new bearings in freezer. preheat oven to 350^F. let carrier sit in oven for 15 minutes. Bang those ****ers outta there and put your new ones in. if this doesnt work you can take a propane torch to the outside of the carrier and they will pop out like that too. just heat the carrier uniformly so you dont warp it

I guess same concept will work, but Im talking about the needle bearings in the front. Cant figure out how to get ahold of them to knock em out.....

I switched to All Balls swingarm bearings and they work fine. and it was only like $25.00. Not sure how to help you with getting those out... mine came right out.

which way do you take them out, hammer a drift from the inside out or hammer it from the outside to the middle. or does it not matter? and the reinstall of the bearings is from the outside or?

It really depends how worn they are...If they arent completely gone, just knock them out with a socket that fits the lip. If they are worn bad, ive had to cut a groove in them and bend/ concave the bushing using a pick/screw driver to get under the outer bearing material

if you are still have a hard time take it to a shop and have them use the bearing press and all that good stuff to get them out.
