well it started smoking this weekend, really bad when i first started it and when i let off the gas. im thinking its valves?? has anyone had this problem

do a search they must be millions of topics on the smoke topic any time a 400 starts smoking on deceleration you need to rebuild your top end valve seal and rings maybe over size piston.
