your opinion

next year i plan on racing my 400ex. so i NEED to upgrade my suspension.

but i trail ride alot too, so i dont know what suspension setup would be better overall.

+2 arms, and 450r rebuilds is #1 right now, but i dont know if you could do something different such as +1's and works? i dont know really.

the backend will probly be widened 2 inches too.
