More Power 2007 Scrambler 500

Can anyone tell me the best way to gain more power on this machine?

white bros pipe or the pro-circuit exaust are probably the better pipes for it

get a clutch kit with a team roller secondary probably the best mod to really wake it up

also the HPD carb mod and air box mods help alot as well

I have purchased a new muffler, 42MM carberator, cam shaft, piston and ported head from a company in Racine, Wi. called Aaen. Check out there web site. They have been working on snowmobiles for a long time and got into ATV's in the early 90's. There site shows the results of dyno testing and by the time the machine is done with the stage 5 rebuild, I hope to have the 25% more power that they say. I am also going to put on a clutch kit.

RunDave gave you the same info that I would. All that money spent at Aaen is a total waste unless you do something with the clutching.

The clutch will make a stocker faster than yours with a the upgrades and no clutch. Call and talk to Darrell at HPD.

He is also a sponser of GenIII. Tell him the type of riding that you do and he will build you the clutch.

Mine is the gncc setup and was the best money spent on my scrammy. In the woods and on the hills is what mine was built for.
